Lars Kylberg, Chairman

Graduate Engineer. Lars worked for ASEA as Managing Director of its subsidiaries in Colombia and South Africa in 1967-76. Lars was President of ASEA Skandia in 1976-81 and Executive Vice President of Saab Scania in 1981-84. He was President and CEO of Incentive AB and Alfa Laval AB in 1984-89, two of Sweden’s largest industrial groups. In 1991-95 he was President and CEO of Saab Scania and was Chairman of Morgan Crucible plc between 1996 and 2006. Currently also Chairman of the Boards of Rejlerkoncernen AB and Lagerkvist International AB and Board member in Antrop AB, Sagentia Group Plc, and AB Ludvig Svensson. Advisor to Dresdner Kleinwort Nordic.

Ulf Hubendick

Licentiate in Industrial Psychology. Ulf was the founder and CEO of the management consulting company Indevo, acquired by Proudfoot in 1992. In 1992-95 he acted as Managing Director of ABB China Ventures. Between 1992 and 2002 he headed Ernst & Young’s Strategy Consulting practice in Stockholm. Board member in Jadestone Group.

Björn Bennarp

Engineer. Björn started his career holding executive management positions in real estate services and facility management companies. He then co-founded a company that marketed process control equipment to the gas and oil industry where he acted as CEO for 17 years. After that, Björn designed and commercialized equipment for non-destructive testing of materials. In recent years, Björn has acted as a business angel and coach, helping a large number of companies to get started, develop and prosper.

Krister Mellvé

Krister has had executive roles within Robert Bosch Group, in 8 countries in Europe and Asia Pacific. During 1995 and 1998 he was president of Bosch in Belgium, Netherlands and Luxemburg. Between 1998 and 2001 he was the executive Vice President of Bosch in Germany, with global sales and marketing responsibility. Between 2001 and 2007 he was the President and Chairman of Bosch, Australia. After that he was the president and chairman of Bosch in Korea until 2010.

Alex von Yxkull, President and CEO

M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering and Degree of Licentiate in Engineering, Royal Institute of Technology, Stockholm, Sweden.

Between 1991 and 1995 Alex did research work at IVF, The Swedish Institute of Production Engineering. He founded Modular Management in 1995 and has been the CEO of the company since then and president of Modular Management AB. He is the co-author of two books on modularization ”Modulindela Produkten”(1994) and ”Modulindelning i praktiken” (1996).
