During the concept phase Modular Management uses its proven, five-step, proprietary product development process to create lean, stable, and successful modular product platforms.

A typical project includes workshops with key project stakeholders led by Modular Management’s experienced consultants. The output is a conceptual modular architecture, documented in specifications and configuration maps.

In parallel, the business case from the start-up phase is added to and results are given in a detailed forecast of cost savings and where those savings are incurred.
