How can a company build a competitive advantage?
My experience is that you can create value by connecting the market with products, services and technology. More specifically, it’s possible to increase your value offering to increase market shares and price premiums, and at the same time reduce internal complexity and leverage on scalability. This competitive advantage is realized through modularity and configurability. And that’s what we do.
