MY SHORT STORY
"Although companies grow based on ideas, it's also a fact that entrenched ideas can become stumbling blocks when moving companies to the next stage. It can feel almost like moving into a new world."
Discord between organizations emerged after the project had started, and improvements to this situation were required because it was a company-wide project. Cooperation between departments did not go well at the beginning and it was a big task to initially advance the project.
I was the person in charge and we could deal with the client organizations with sincerity in terms of what to do in order to make the project successful. We were able to make progress.
What I care about professionally more than anything else is to ask myself what the client needs, what challenges do we face and what can I do for the client?
Modular Management has over 20 years of experience, which is not limited to breakthrough methods and solutions. Just like my questions, it’s about how we can guide clients in the right direction.
Companies are made up of many employees, each of which has his or her own beliefs and ways of thinking. Although companies grow based on ideas, it’s also a fact that entrenched ideas can become stumbling blocks when moving companies to the next stage. It can almost like moving into a new world. We are modularization specialists, and at the same time we work to build trust to guide clients into a new world.
