"Modularity is not about standardization. In fact, it's the opposite."

I have a master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Frankfurt University and have also studied biomimetics. I often look to nature when there is a technical problem and see if nature has a solution. You can often find and apply natural solutions and it’s a great way to define ideas.

I also like a quote from Walt Disney, who said “If you can dream it you can do it.” I think this is applicable to pretty much anything in life, including what you do at work. When you have an idea, you should believe in your skills and follow it. At the same time, it’s good to be self-aware and reflect – and this reflection often happens when you have a dream about something.

My motivation is to work with different people and develop ideas. It’s great to work together with inspirational people every day and to get to know and develop new products.

Modular Management is clearly different from other consultancy companies and modularity is not about standardization, which a lot of people think about. In fact, it’s the opposite, and this is the crux of the matter. With modularization you can realize so many variants – and that’s amazing.
