Company Culture?

Even the most experienced consultants do the same kind of tasks as new employees,” says Malin Ekerå. “I also appreciate the fact that in a small consulting firm you get insight into all aspects of the business and can work on many different projects. Staff turnover is low, the company prioritizes work-life balance and you get to learn something new every day.”

Skills and Experience?

We expect you to have a few years’ experience from manufacturing and assembly, although several backgrounds may be relevant. You may, for example, have a leading role in production development or work in a consulting firm that supports manufacturing companies. Experience of production engineering, purchasing and operations is also valuable, as is experience of lean thinking, design for manufacturing and assembly, and project management.

You should understand how to secure quality and reduce cost, and it’s an advantage if you’ve worked with the industrialization of new products, from prototype to serial delivery. To thrive, you want to see the big picture and find the best solution for clients.

You probably have a Master of Science in Engineering or have acquired the equivalent knowledge. You enjoy building relations with colleagues and clients, since we strongly believe that success comes from working in teams. Proficiency in English is required.
